Payment Policy
1. Payment Methods:
o We accept the following payment methods:

ï‚§ Cash/Check (non-monthly billing only)
ï‚§ Online Payments Through Your Secure Portal (Stripe)
2. Payment Terms:
o Full payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
o For recurring services, payment is due within 10 days of the invoice date.
o For monthly billing, payment is due within 10 days of the billing date.
3. Payment On File:
o For your convenience, we can securely keep a credit/debit card or ACH bank account on file.
o To use our recurring services, customers are required to keep a valid credit/debit card or ACH bank account on file.
o By providing your payment information, you authorize Authority Pest Protection to automatically charge your card or bank account for recurring services and any outstanding balances.
o You may update or remove your payment information at any time by contacting our customer service team or logging into your personal secure portal.
4. Late Payments:
o Payments not received within 14 days of the invoice date will incur a late fee of 5% of the total invoice amount.
o Accounts with unpaid invoices over 30 days will have services suspended until payment is received.
5. Service Fees:
o Returned checks will incur a $25 service fee.
6. Discounts and Promotions:
o Any discounts or promotional rates must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be applied retroactively.
Refund Policy
1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee:
o We strive to provide the highest level of service and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours to address the issue.
o If pests return within the guaranteed period, we will re-service your property at no additional cost.
2. Refund Eligibility:
o Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are typically not provided once the service has been completed.
o Refunds are only issued if the service provided was not as described.
o There are no refunds for monthly billing once the bill has been paid unless you cancelled services before that bill was due.
3. Refund Process:
o To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at 830-217-6054 with your service details and the reason for the refund request.
o Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation by Customer:
o Customers may cancel or reschedule their service without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
o Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
2. Cancellation by Company:
o We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or staff unavailability.
o In the event of a company-initiated cancellation, customers will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to reschedule without penalty.
3. Recurring Services:
o For customers on a recurring service plan, cancellations of service must be made at least 24 hours before the next scheduled service to avoid being charged a penalty fee of $50.
o Customers on a recurring service plan can reschedule their service at any time without penalty.
4. No-Show Policy:
o If our technician arrives at the confirmed scheduled time and is unable to access the property or perform the service due to customer-related issues (e.g., locked gates, no one home), a no-show fee of $50 will be charged.

Authority Pest Protection SMS Terms of Service
1. Introduction
By opting into the Authority Pest Protection SMS service, you agree to receive text messages from us regarding updates, promotions, and service-related notifications. Your participation is subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Opting Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" If you wish to rejoin, you may sign up again as you did initially, and we will resume sending messages to you.
