Are your products pet friendly?
Yes, we use high end products that are designed to attack the pests labeled. We also train each technician to use the products in a safe
manner always following the label requirements.
Do you service inside and outside?
Yes, each initial service will get an interior and exterior treatment. However, every recurring service is focused on the exterior as this is
where we control the pest issues. Inside will be serviced upon request of you, the customer.
Do I need to be home for service?
You only need to be home if we are servicing the interior. Someone of the age 18 and old must be present. You do not need to be home
for exterior services, we just ask gates are unlocked and dogs are put up to insure our tech can provide a full exterior service.
How will I be notified for my next service?
We strive for great communication. You will receive a text and email 5 days before your service as a reminder. You will also receive a text and email the day of service as a kind reminder. You can change your message settings by logging into your account portal.
Are there any contracts?
We do not make you sign a contract. However, we do send a service agreement, but you may cancel anytime for any reason.
How do I schedule a service with Authority Pest Protection?
You can call us, use our form on our website, email, or text. We prefer calling as this is the most efficient way to communicate.
Do you come back if issues arise?
Yes, if you have more than the occasional pest we will return free of charge to solve and take care of your pest issue.
How long does it take before I see results?
Every house and situation are unique. Depending on your pests and pest pressures, it can take anywhere from instantly to a few days or weeks.
How often do you service my home?
Every home is unique based on their pest pressures and pests they are experiencing. Depending on your service plan and our recommendation we could be out there monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly.
Do you offer one-time services?
Yes, however we recommend getting on a service plan as our one-time service won’t protect your home year-round. This is because the products break down and a no longer effective after 60-90 days.
